"Employer" refers to individuals or businesses posting job listings.
"Candidate" refers to job seekers using Workhere to find job opportunities.
"Content" refers to any text, images, job posts, resumes, and other materials uploaded to Workhere.
3. Account Registration & Use
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Workhere’s services. By using Workhere, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Account Security
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Workhere is not liable for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
3.3 Employer Accounts
Employers must ensure:
Job listings are legal, accurate, and do not contain misleading information.
Compliance with employment and hiring laws in New Zealand.
No fraudulent or spam job postings.
3.4 Candidate Accounts
Candidates must:
Provide truthful information in their profiles and resumes.
Use Workhere for genuine job-seeking purposes only.
4. Job Posting & Application Process
4.1 For Employers
Employers may post jobs for a fee (if applicable).
Job posts remain active for 30 days unless removed earlier.
Workhere reserves the right to remove job listings that violate these Terms.
4.2 For Candidates
Candidates can apply for jobs through Work-here.co.nz
Employers are responsible for reviewing applications and contacting candidates.
Workhere does not guarantee job placement.
5. Payments & Refunds
Employers must pay applicable fees for job postings or premium services.
All payments are processed through Stripe.
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Workhere reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
Post false or misleading job listings.
Apply for jobs under false pretenses.
Use Workhere for unlawful or discriminatory hiring practices.
Engage in spamming, hacking, or other harmful activities.
Share account login details with unauthorized users.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Workhere owns all trademarks, branding, and website content.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Workhere a non-exclusive license to display it.
Unauthorized use of Workhere's content is prohibited.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Workhere collects and processes user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
By using Workhere, you consent to our data collection practices.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Workhere is not responsible for job applications, hiring decisions, or employment contracts.
Workhere does not verify employer or candidate credentials.
Workhere is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from platform use.
10. Termination of Services
Workhere reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Remove content deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.
Modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Workhere after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
